Situation

The establishment of a new agency (DIANA) within NATO requires support in creating a healthy organizational culture and effective collaboration between NATO and DIANA. 

Approach

  • development & guidance of 7 customized team sessions (cultural differences, cultural awareness, positioning)
  • 20 in-depth interviews to map current cultural differences
  • risk analysis regarding cultural patterns and dynamics in the collaboration between NATO and DIANA
  • recommendations to establish optimal collaboration 

Result

Cultural Synergy has provided insights into cultural patterns and their associated dynamics. We now have the right tools to work on this in a structured and effective manner in the long term.
