Why a culture scan?

In major organizational changes, there is a lot of focus on potential synergies. Usually, the focus is on the numbers, business processes, locations with buildings, and business setup. What happens in the culture is often overlooked or only considered as a point of attention after the change. 



That can have consequences in the workplace. Uncertainty and distrust increase, and unrest and conflicts may arise. Ideally, the organizational culture is considered an essential part of the change itself from an early stage.
