Situation

In response to a deteriorating collaboration between two teams within a unit, the respective team leaders decide to intervene. There is a need for insight into the current culture and possible interventions to change the culture, with the aim of improving collaboration.

Approach

  • approximately 75 interviews to map the current culture
  • analysis of current culture and subcultures (including group dynamics)
  • custom advice and guidance for management and the workplace
  • tailored team session facilitation 
  • individual coaching on leadership and culture 

Result

The team leaders of the involved unit have insight into the cultural aspects that are important, and both teams are now aligned again. The collaboration is improving, and during moments of setback, we now know how to intervene ourselves.
