Situation

With an acquisition on the horizon, it is important to identify and bring to life the 'why' of the organization (DSM Dyneema), so that employees and management feel connected to the company and maintain trust during the acquisition process. 

Approach

  • development of core story to strengthen the corporate identity
  • production of corporate film in three languages
  • production of video material for global corporate event (Netherlands, USA, and China)
  • support with script for corporate event around Why (worldwide > 9000 employees) 

Result

The acquisition went smoothly, the staff monitor was even more positive than in previous years, and we collectively feel that we can handle any change by staying true to our company.
