To make an improvement in the collaborative culture of the Sustainable Digital System (digitization within the Criminal Justice Chain), both an analysis to understand the current situation and pragmatic interventions to break the status quo are needed. 

• long-term process guidance for one of the councils with a central position within the Sustainable Digital System
• analysis of five dominant cultural patterns impacting realization power based on theoretical foundation, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews
• toolkit with practical tools and instruments to improve collaboration
• development and facilitation of various retreats and workshops
• individual leadership and culture coaching 

There is not only insight, but above all a clear approach to improve collaboration. We now have the right tools to shape our collaboration culture in a good way at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
